What you will learn
Endocrine patients often suffer from chronic diseases that require ongoing monitoring and follow-up. This one-day course provides a structured and practical approach to managing endocrine disorders in daily clinical practice – from diagnosis and diagnostic testing to treatment and monitoring.

With a focus on Cushing’s disease, hypothyroidism and Addison’s disease, the course guides you through diagnostic work-up, treatment decisions, dose adjustments and patient monitoring. You will work with selecting and interpreting diagnostic tests and ensuring accurate diagnoses, particularly in cases of suspected hypothyroidism.

The course introduces a problem-oriented approach to endocrine patients, with special focus on managing Addison’s patients and addressing common clinical challenges in practice.

In addition, relevant clinical resources and digital decision-support tools for endocrine case management are presented, including practical examples of how such tools can support treatment planning and ongoing patient monitoring.
